Cantina Tibaldi is the heartfelt project of sisters Monica and Daniela Tibaldi, who grew up surrounded by the beauty and biodiversity of Roero—an area that continues to inspire their work each day. Their deep-rooted passion for viticulture was passed down from their father Stefano and grandfather Tunin, paving the way for their decision to cultivate their own path in Pocapaglia. From the vineyard to the cellar to sharing their wines with the world, Monica and Daniela are involved in every step of the process—guided by tradition, driven by passion, and supported by the invaluable presence of their father in the fields. For them, winemaking is far more than a profession—it’s a way of life, a daily expression of love and dedication that goes beyond time.

Join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating the legendary Renato Ratti Winery, a cornerstone of Barolo winemaking for over 50 years. With special guest Pietro Ratti, owner and son of the iconic Renato Ratti, we’ll explore the legacy of this historic estate.
Renato Ratti revolutionized Barolo in the 1960s, introducing innovations that shaped the region's reputation for elegant, age-worthy wines. From crafting the famed Marcenasco Barolo to mapping Barolo's top vineyard sites, his influence is undeniable. Today, Pietro continues to honor his father’s vision, crafting wines that are benchmarks of Langhe tradition.
Indulge in a curated pairing menu as we toast to the artistry and heritage of the Ratti family.
Cantina del Pino Wine Dinner
Wednesday, February 19
Join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating Cantina del Pino Winery.
A long family history of growing Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto grapes, coupled with a deep appreciation for Barbaresco’s terroir, defines the exceptional wines of Cantina del Pino. "We make our wines from the classic Piedmontese grape varietals: Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto."
The Vacca family has been tending the vineyards at Cantina del Pino—one of Barbaresco’s oldest estates—since the 1920s, when Giuseppe Vacca acquired the property from his friend, the legendary agronomist Domizio Cavazza, director of the Royal Enological School in Alba. In 1997, Cantina del Pino branched out from the renowned Produttori del Barbaresco Cooperative, embracing a philosophy of winemaking deeply rooted in respect for the land. Their gentle, hands-on approach allows the unique characteristics of Barbaresco’s soil to shine through in every bottle.
Enjoy an exquisite menu by Chef Donato Scotti, perfectly paired with Cantina del Pino’s outstanding wines.

Elio Grasso is one of the star producers in the Barolo village of Monforte. They specialize in just one Cru: Ginestra. Ginestra is one of those great Barolo sites, like Rocche or Brunate, that face southeast, for the most part, ideal for scooping up the cool morning sun. But Ginestra stands apart for its intense concentration of limestone. It is one of only 10 Crus to be designated “Exceptional” in Antonio Galloni’s vineyard rankings. Ginestra is itself divided into several sub-Crus, and Grasso actually releases several different Barolos from each specific site – all of which are quite deep and powerful in their own particular ways.
“Grasso's Barolos sit at a very high level within the hierarchy of Piedmont's top estates.” Antonio Galloni
