It is an honor to welcome, for the first time in the United States, Firmino Miotti winery and guest chef Pietro Menegante.
Firmino Miotti winery is located in Breganze, a town in the province of Vicenza in the Veneto region. It is strictly a family business, synonymous with territory and one of the wineries that best interprets the characteristics and soul of the Breganze appellation. They focus on natural winemaking and make an exquisite array of interesting and delicious wines. We will be pouring several of their many wines including sparkling made from the white Marzemina grape, Breganze Cabernet and Merlot, a very rare red from the Graujo grape and one of the most delicious dessert wines Italy has to offer, Torcolato amongst others.
Joining us in this very special evening will be Franca Miotti, owner and winemaker plus we also have the pleasure of welcoming guest Chef Pietro Menegante, from Macafame restaurant in Zane, Vicenza who will together with Chef Donato and Chef Gianluca prepare a Venetian feast to pair with the amazing wines of Firmino Miotti.
